Dr. Pinkus' Mingo Pressure Point Massger
|
Dr. Michael Pinkus, a leading expert in Alternative Health Care, wrote a book called “Pressure Point
Therapy: The Complete Do-It-Yourself Treatment Manual” (1993, Alternative Health Press—soon to be re-
released in new 2008 Edition--watch for it on this web site). Tens of thousands of people learned the
Pressure Point technique to treat countless conditions from head to toe. The only problem is that most of
the Pressure Points in the body are located in the back, 1” to either side of the spine. So it takes two
people to effectively do the technique.
Dr. Pinkus had a concept of a massager that would allow
a person to treat their own Pressure Points. There were
“stick” type massagers on the market, but they were
bulky, relatively expensive and had no motorized
massagers, to help “break up” the Pressure Point.
Dr. Pinkus enlisted the expertise of Ravi Sawhney, PhD,
a world-renown designer to create the Mingo Pressure
Point Massager. Ravi and Dr. P worked for months
designing a massager that would work perfect for you.
And they nailed it!
Dr. Pinkus' Mingo Pressure Point Massager is the world's
first massager that is ergonomically designed to enable
you to apply the correct amount of treatment pressure
over those painful, hard-to-reach Pressure Points. And
once you find them, a press of a button starts a powerful
massage motor to help penetrate the area and release
the pain. Dr. Pinkus' Mingo Massager is also completely
portable: The unit folds up so you can take it with you to
work, when you travel or at home.

The body has a mechanism to let you know that there is a problem. It is called pain. But unfortunately
for us, pain “circuits” can stay on, never letting up, resulting in misery, insomnia, disability and making
you feel old, even if you're not.
Pressure Points are the areas where the pain is stuck “on”. More specifically, Pressure Points are
areas in the body where a pain nerve is sandwiched between a tight muscle. The muscle can spasm
even more, resulting in the nerve becoming aggravated. The nerves communicate with each other
and now other nerves have gone on “red alert”.
A simple area of pain or stiffness can now expand into an entire back-pain situation. Or, because the
nerves travel throughout the body, a person can experience pain in the legs, ankles or feet. If the
Pressure Point is in the neck, a person could have neck pain, pain between the shoulders or
headaches. Pressure Points in the mid-back can result in digestive difficulties. The body is a huge jig-
saw puzzle and knowing how to treat these Pressure Points will help you and your family tremendously.
Dr. Pinkus' Mingo Pressure Point Massager is really perfect for you to treat these Pressure Points and
feel yourself again!

Neck Pain, Upper Back Pain, Shoulder Pain & Head Aches
Learn How to Treat Yourself
Most of the Pressure Points for the Neck Pain and Head
Aches are located in the upper back. By treating these
Pressure Points, you can get relief and sometimes, a full
resolution of your problem.
When one has a neck injury, whiplash, disc problem,
stiff neck or head aches, it can be very difficult to
manage.
Most people do not realize that a person's head can
weigh as much as a bowling ball, up to 15 pounds! And
the neck itself is not much bigger than a chicken neck.
So any injury can upset this delicate balance.
More important, most of the nerves in the body run
through the neck and upper back. It is like the "fuse
box" for your entire body.
Many people, for example, who have been in a car
accident or whiplash, later on report having pain into
their arm, elbow, wrist or hand. Several end up going to
carpal tunnel specialists. Knowing the anatomy of the
region, one can find and treat their own Pressure Points
using the Mingo Massager and find relief for many of
these conditions.
The nerves that run through the neck also end up in the
lungs and digestive track. Many people suffer from
either asthma or acid reflux. By treating the Pressure
Points in the neck and upper back, the "stronghold" of
the muscles on the nerves begins to breakup. The
result: your body begins to run more efficiently.
(Acid Reflux is not a lack of antacids in your body. See
the link for Digestion on this site)

Introducing
The Perfect Massager
Pain Can Ruin Your Life
Low Back Pain, Sciatic Pain, Disc Problems,
Hip Pain, Knee Pain, Foot and Ankle Pain
Back pain is a drag. Every movement, twist & turn
hurts. As a chiropractor, I have treated 10's of
thousands of cases. I didn't have the Reality of it,
however, until I hurt my own back. My Westie at the
time decided to make his weight 120 lbs rather than 20
lbs. Something (a disc) in my lower back popped and I
was bent over like so many patients I had treated.
Fortunately there are Pressure Points for low back pain
(and the entire lower body). Many of these Pressure
Points are located in the back, hips, legs and feet.
Prior to the development of the Mingo Massager, one
had to get by treating these Pressure Points. They are
difficult to reach without my massager, even when not
hurting.
Now, using the Mingo Pressure Point Massager, it is
easy to reach around, find the Pressure Point, press
the 'ON' button and voila. you're treating your condition!
As in the neck, the nerves that exit the lower back wrap
around the front of the body and control many
functions. Everything from PMS, to constipation,
prostate, kidneys and more are influenced or controlled
by the nerves coming out of the lower back. Plus these
nerves run down through the hips, legs, knees and
ultimately to the big (and smaller) toes.
